In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Our first memory as this band is playing Arlene’s Grocery in NYC in Jan 2023. It was exciting to expand the project & band, & hit the stage to introduce new songs & members to the music scene, including an interview in Bands Do BK’s the Setlist! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Elliott Smith, Figure 8 Fiona Apple, When the Pawn... Queen, A Night at the Opera Deluxe Edition We love When the Pawn because it is a classic coming of age album, Figure 8 because Smith writes chord progressions like no one else & intricate melodies like no one else, and A Night at the Opera because it is massive, experimental rock album. Tell us why you chose this song. “I Have” I Have is a song we love because it covers a dense & dark subject lyrically, & puts it to beautiful intricate music. The song gets darker & more harsh, as is the feeling of losing yourself & giving yourself away to others. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Our 2024 Northeast regional tour! We played at amazing venues like Baby’s All Right in Brooklyn, Milkboy in Philly & the Wonder Bar in Asbury Park. It was so special to connect with fans existing & new, & to get involved in different scenes. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We’re so excited to release our debut full length project this year in 2025, our first music videos, & go on our first Southeast regional tour. We hope the success with these ventures will allow us to scale with new music, tours, & other projects.
