Hailing from the West Midlands, rock band Jayler are part of a wave of classic rock revivalists looking to bring rock & roll back into the mainstream consciousness. It all began in 2021, when James Bartholomew and Tyler Arrowsmith got together. It didn't take long for them to realize that they had something special and that they should expand their roster, beginning with the addition of Ed Evans on drums. The line-up solidified when bassist Ricky Hodgkiss joined in 2023. A six-track EP, A Piece in Our Time, emerged soon after. They spent the next few years carving out a reputation for their raucous live shows, peppering in a few singles as they went. A big breakthrough occurred when they released the track "Riverboat Queen," significantly raising their online profile and gaining them bigger shows and festival appearances. It would appear on their debut album, 2026's Voices Unheard.
