In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Grew up in a family of music lovers where my dad would play raggae music every morning and my older siblings would always come home with trending records. I later picked up interest in music with influence from my cousin who was an artist then. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ali Farka Touré, Ali Farka Toure Angélique Kidjo, Keep On Moving: The Best of Angelique Kidjo Aṣa, Aṣa Aṣa's music ingenuity inspired me into playing the guitar and music in general. Moreso, Kidjo has great influence on my sound having listened to her from my childhood. Ali Farka Toure redirected my path to African music with his African blues music.
