In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first musical memory is of watching my brother, Edo Mulahalilović, and his guitar teacher, Rudolf Vrnoga, play classical music. I was 4 years old, and Edo was 8. For me, maintaining optimism and a positive mindset is everything. It’s just who I am—I firmly believe that anyone has the power to create their own happiness, no matter the environment or circumstances. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most unforgettable moment of my career was receiving the Golden Bird from Jugoton in 1990, the highest honor in the former Yugoslav music industry. At the time, I was a member and one of the composers of the band Hari Mata Hari.
