In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. It was December 2016 when I discovered that I wanted to be an artist. I was gifted a ticket to Afropunk Johannesburg and I got to watch Anderson Paak perform live. When I watched him on stage I saw myself and decided that was the day I became me. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? John Mayer, Where the Light Is: John Mayer Live In Los Angeles Lil Yachty, Let’s Start Here. OutKast, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below I learned how to play guitar by practising John Mayer songs from this album. The art of storytelling was something I absorbed listening to Andre 3000. and shoutout to Lil Yachty ..that album is just hard!
