About Amy Millan
Canadian chanteuse Amy Millan is best known for fronting the indie rock act Stars. Millan's charming girlish vocals have also appeared on albums from Sixteen Tons, Broken Social Scene, and Jason Collett. In 2006, Millan put things in her own words for her first solo album, Honey from the Tombs. The lovely dozen-song set was issued by Arts & Crafts. Millan released her follow-up, the dusty and spare Masters of the Burial, in 2009. ~ MacKenzie Wilson
