In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is sitting on the floor in Lagos at age 7, listening to my dad play Fela Kuti records. The horns hit me so hard I jumped up dancing without thinking. That moment made me fall in love with music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Burna Boy, African Giant Fela Kuti, Expensive Shit Wizkid, Made In Lagos These albums showed me how to mix raw African energy with global appeal while staying 100% authentic to my story. The heavy bass, the chemistry with Hotkeed, and that pure flex energy make it special — it perfectly captures the “My Vibe And I” sound. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The day I created the Gbongbola melody in the room with producer Verbb. You could see the pure passion and smile in my eyes — that moment made everything feel real. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Headlining a sold-out show in Lagos and taking My Vibe And I EP across Africa and the world. The journey just started and I’m ready for the next level.
