Australian post-punks who draw inspiration from shoegaze guitars, electronic dance rhythms, jazzy melodic structures, and frantic punk energy, dust have broken through to an international audience with their eclectic and exciting sounds. Formed by longtime friends who took regular jamming to the next level, the group won the attention of critics and fans with the 2023 eight-song EP Et Cetera, Etc, which put the emphasis on the guitar-driven side of their music. Their first full-length album, 2025's Sky Is Falling, offered a richer, more diverse picture of their sonic personality.
