Charlotte Plank

This Australia-born, London-raised, Brit-nominated artist places deep-thinking, indie-inspired alt-pop songwriting onto high energy drum'n'bass and classic jungle. It's a sound which Charlotte Plank coined "melantronic" -- a concatenation of "melancholic" and "electronic" -- which was as good a tag as any for "Dancing Is Healing," her 2023 breakthrough U.K. Top Five single collaboration with Rudimental. The track originally appeared on her first EP InHer World but also made it -- along with another charting Plank collaboration, "Green & Gold" -- onto that act's fifth studio album, 2025's Rudim3ntal. Along the way, she placed 2023's "Rave Out," a further collaborative track, onto the U.K. chart -- this time alongside Turno & Skepsis -- before releasing two major label EPs, 2024's Stargirl + Ellen and 2025's ClubLiminal.
