In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My biggest memory was playing to 5000 people and watching them dance to my music. Those in attendance told me how my music helped them; I even received a DM from a fan in the UK. That’s why I produce. To make people move and to help them through. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Black Coffee, Africa Rising Daft Punk, Discovery Wizkid, Made In Lagos These albums and artists showed me that music can heal and move people at the same time. They are a big inspiration to my journey as a producer and an artist. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? After playing in front of a 5000-capacity crowd (my biggest crowd ever!) A fan came to me and said my song "Many Faces Revisit" helped her heal through a tough time. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? 1. Play UMILE to the world – I want to perform it on a big stage 2. Work with my influences – A collab with Black Coffee, Kabza De Small, Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Thukuthela. 3. Take SA dance music global.
