Chimers

Born out of the COVID-19 pandemic, Australian duo Chimers looked to their musical inspirations to create a take on the American post-hardcore sound of Hüsker Dü, Wipers, Mission of Burma, et al. Within a few months the duo issued the single "Mono," and by the end of 2021 were making waves with the release of their eponymous debut album. Inking a deal with Melbourne-based indie Poison City Records and working with Jonathan Boulet (Empty Start, Party Dozen), Chimers delivered their sophomore album, Through Today, in late 2024.
