About Menno de Jong

Menno de Jong is recognized throughout the international trance scene for his rich, anthemic productions and marathon-like DJ sets. He debuted with the Anjunabeats-issued single "Guanxi" in 2004, and went on to co-found Intuition Recordings, releasing other hits like "Tundra" and "Turtle Paradise" while being championed by trance heavyweights like Tiësto and Armin van Buuren. He also released several mix CDs and served as A&R for In Trance We Trust. He incorporated psytrance influences with tracks like 2015's "Ahimsa" and went in a more Balearic-inspired direction with 2020's "The Sun." He anthologized his recording career with 2021's Collected Works.
