About Bite Down

Sweden's Bite Down combines caustic, djent-fueled riffs, neck-snapping breakdowns, and gritty punk attitude to deliver an uncompromising metalcore attack that's as emotionally charged as it is relentlessly brutal. The band issued a trio of hard-hitting EPs before unleashing its assured full-length debut, Violent Playground, in 2026.
