In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I started playing drums at 6 years old in my family church Calvary Church Of God In Christ in Goose Creek, South Carolina. I didn’t realize at that time, I was building a heavy foundation in rhythm, fundamental to my musical approach.
