Led by Blair Tramel and Connor Cummins, Nashville's Snooper brings a scrappy, adventurous sense of fun back to DIY punk. Lo-fi EPs like 2020's Music for Spies and 2021's Snooper showcased Tramel's deadpan, singsong vocals and Cummins' raw guitar attack, earning them a cult following that grew with their puppet and prop-enhanced live shows. Though 2023's debut album Super Snooper cleaned up the band's sound ever so slightly, it didn't dilute their electrifying eccentricity. Snooper quickly won international acclaim, which they addressed with their typical wit -- as well as rapid-fire drum machines and forays into dance-punk -- on 2025's Worldwide.
