In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my oldest musical memories is being obsessed with Barney. Whenever the theme song would come on, I would jump on the bed and dance my heart out. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? D'Angelo, Voodoo Sonny Rollins, A Night At The Village Vanguard (The Complete Masters) The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Are You Experienced Deluxe Version All left me completely entranced. I blasted Jimi in my headphones every day after school. Somehow, the audience seems to respond to Sonny like he's speaking to them with literal words. I'd never heard grooves and timbres quite like Voodoo in my life. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Being a part of a live record at the Village Vanguard was huge for me. I've always had some of my most enchanted moments listening to recordings, or being in the room hearing a band there. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To write and produce music for a living. I'd say that, in conjunction with playing music I want to play the ultimate musical goal for me.
