In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was a toddler growing up in the south of France, I remember watching my mother perform at folk-like festivals. The energy at those festivals was magical and I always knew that music and performing were my destiny What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Angel Olsen, Big Time Caroline Polachek, Desire, I Want to Turn Into You Weyes Blood, Titanic Rising Both albums are timeless and feature exquisite lyricism and compositions. I feel these albums are both pivotal milestones for each artist, where they've nailed their artistry and sound. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Trial” I'm obsessed with the simplicity of this song and how luscious the instrumentation is. My favorite part is the outro - how the slide guitar becomes the main focus and transcends me to a higher place. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing at the Triffid in Meanjin/Brisbane, Its one of my favourite venues, I was so nervy but so excited! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to go on a world tour and have flowers as confetti. Own my own prairie farm, build my own music studio and make many albums.
