In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was a kid, I kept recording over my mom’s cassette tapes like I was running a low budget remix studio. She had an idea, she gave me empty tapes to use, but I still chose the ones with music on them because they had music :) What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Avicii, Avicii Forever Fairouz, Fairouz Classics Sara Bareilles, Once Upon Another Time - EP These albums feel like mirrors of my personality and the kind of music I want to create. They inspire me because they don’t perform — they speak directly to the soul, and that honesty is what makes them unforgettable. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Aswat Almadina Ft. Hadeel - Law Salok Ani هديل - لو سالوك عني” I traveled to Sudan specifically to create this song. The situation there was dangerous yet strangely exciting. We had to record the song during constant electricity shortages, which made the whole experience even more raw and unforgettable. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Recording my first song, Ma Goltali, was honestly such a random coincidence — I wasn’t even planning it, it just happened. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My bucket list is basically: world tour, iconic collabs, viral moments, legendary performances… and somehow not forget my lyrics on stage.
