In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I came into this world and grew up hearing Bob Marley, U2, Michael Jackson, A Tribe Called Quest & whatever else my Mom & Dad played. I remember recording with my Dad on audacity as a kid. I used to play the keyboard, piano, tabla, stuff like that. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Lil Poppa, Under Investigation 3 Pop Smoke, Meet The Woo 2 (Deluxe) Smino, blkswn First three albums that came to mind when it comes to 'favorites'. I like authenticity & realness, artists who got their own wave, their own flows & their own swag. Lil Poppa got the realist music to me, and Pop Smoke & Smino dropped classics, 1of1s. Tell us why you chose this song. “FLAWLESS CONTRABAND” I started this song off the same way as 'a lil swervve', so I look at it like a part two or more expansion on that idea. I recorded a few versions of this and played around with different voices and structures, and then did a crazy video with MOK. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I'm blessed to be able to put out music, to be able to look back at old releases and reflect on where I was at that time. Each album of mine came with its own feeling and era, but releasing 'Blue Dream' and having that concert was sensational.
