In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up, my family and I used to sing karaoke a lot in our basement, so one of my earliest musical memories has to be belting my four-year-old heart out to “That’s the Way It Is” by Celine Dion. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kings of Leon, Come Around Sundown Noah Kahan, Stick Season The Lone Bellow, Then Came the Morning Very influential on my own work as an artist, and each also entered my life at a time when I needed them most. Tell us why you chose this song. “Never Come Home Again” It's one of my favourite songs on my new album, The Great Unknown. I recorded this track with a dream team, and it really felt like we bottled the feeling of being on a mountaintop during a thunderstorm. Catharsis, release, growing up, moving on.
