Kacey Musgraves, Golden Hour The Last Dinner Party, Prelude to Ecstasy boygenius, the record Golden Hour was the first album I fell in love with as a "grown-up". I had always loved Kacey Musgraves, but Golden Hour matured with me. The Last's Dinner Party's Prelude to Ecstacy and The Record by Boygenius are testaments to female-fronted rock. Tell us why you chose this song. “Growing” I wrote Growing on the other side of the world, along, overlooking the ocean. I had just quit my job and bought a guitar, and I was coming to terms with the new me, as well as who I might leave behind. I couldn't wait to record it.
