Silver Synthetic

With a laid-back atmosphere that harkens back to the early '70s, Silver Synthetic are a four-piece from Louisiana whose music fuses classic country-rock, pop, soft rock, and easygoing psychedelia without getting stuck in nostalgia. The band made an appealing debut with their first EP, 2020's four-song Out of the Darkness, while they offered twice as many songs and a similar degree of quality on their eponymous debut album, which appeared in 2021. A 2023 single, "The Door," doubled down on their warm, jangle pop style and was followed in early 2025 by their sophomore set, Rosalie, on Curation Records.
