South London-based post-punk group Legss spin bleak narratives on modern life to the backdrop of abrasive instrumentation, a sound that matches their outlook on society. The members met at university and started making music together in 2018 under the name Self Help. After recruiting a couple more players, they changed their name to Leggs and released their debut EP. Another EP followed the next year, and after a brief hiatus, they returned with their debut full-length, Unreal, in 2025.
