Chichee

Franco Ferreyra is an Argentine producer, DJ, and remixer operating under the alias Chichee. As many aspiring producers of his generation in Argentina, Chichee was initially inspired by RKT, a remixing style that fused cumbia and reggaeton and exploded in the early 2020s with the success of rapper L-Gante. Chichee soon entered the fray and by 2021 he was releasing an absurd number of tracks per year, eventually scoring a respectable hit in 2023 with "Lala (Turreo Edit) - Remix". Subsequently Chichee focused exclusively on singles, but switched his main allegiance to "guarachatech", an electronic revamping of the traditional Colombian guaracha rhythm, coupled with a frantic BPM count. Still boasting a barely believable productivity, in the first five months of 2026 he had already released 168 singles.
