In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest music memories is being five years old, banging on my little red Elmo drum with all the force my tiny arms could muster. I wasn’t keeping any kind of rhythm—I was just making as much noise as possible and loving every second of it. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dear, Hurt” I made this song for anyone who’s ever felt hopeless—tired, empty, like you’ve got nothing left to give. I wrote it in one of my lowest moments, but even there, I found hope in Jesus. I hope it reminds you that He’s still with you, even in the hurt. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Dropping my first album, HYPOKRiTES, felt like releasing a piece of myself. I had to lose a lot to get here—people, comfort, even parts of me I thought I needed. But every sacrifice helped shape the project and molded me into the artist I am today. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? One of my biggest bucket list dreams is to perform live in Times Square on New Year’s Eve, right before the ball drops.
