In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My parents had an LP of Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture with the Philadelphia Orchestra. It had this fantastic photo of a very staged battle scene on the front cover, and I would stare at the picture and listen to the album over and over.
