Promessa

The reality of Milan’s working-class neighborhoods shapes the work of Italian rapper Pietro Messa, better known as Promessa. After releasing singles such as “Figlio della Calle” (2020) and “questo ed altro” (2021), he released his debut EP, Time, in 2021. In 2024, he released his first album, DANZA DEL GRANO, marking the start of an ongoing partnership with producer Idua that extended to subsequent releases. His second album, VITE SGRAMMATE, came out in 2025, the same year Promessa collaborated with Emis Killa on the track “EGOISTA.” 2026 saw the release of his third album, MORENDO AD OCCHI APERTI, featuring artists such as Sayf, Franco126, 22simba, and Night Skinny.
