In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was probably 6 or 7 years old I played drums in church for the first time. I played drums while my Dad played keys. This was at the church that is pointing out on the cover of "Music Made in the Middle", my grandpa's church in Antioch, CA. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Blu & Exile, Below the Heavens Kendrick Lamar, good kid, m.A.A.d city (Deluxe Version) Mac Miller, Faces Good Kid, m.A.A.d City because it made me want to rap. Faces by Mac Miller because it pushes the line on what we can do with this medium and allows for more creativity. Below the Heavens by Blu & Exile because it's a perfect hip hop album. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Wun4Dad” Wun4Dad is an extremely special song to me. It's a tribute to my Dad who passed away, but it's also about forgiveness breaking generational trauma stemming from rejection. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Being selected for Rapzilla Freshman 2025 was a pretty big deal to me. I began releasing music very doubtfully in September of 2024 after a long journey of doubt. Being selected by them just 6 months later felt like confirmation & validation. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Too many things to list. But for now, let's just say working with other artists and maybe do my first solo show.
