In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The duo, Lareez started their musical odyssey in Secondary school and have been making music together ever since 2011. Adewale and Seyi Larunsi are a force to reckon with as they have hit quite several milestones in their career so far. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Asake, Mr. Money With The Vibe Lareez, Preamble - EP Wizkid, Superstar These 3 albums have influenced our music in their own ways, Superstar by Wizkid inspired us to get started, after we dropped preamble we let fear stop leading us and Asake is a good example for results of consistency. Tell us why you chose this song. “Life (Freestyle)” Life was a song recorded in 2015 and up until now it still resonates with the streets and how people live and survive their everyday life. it's performed in Yoruba & English but every tribe in Nigeria can relate because it speaks to the human race. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The time we won the Jemima/MtvBase Competition was very memorable and precious as it also birthed one of our sickest songs "Life" which was loved and still appreciated by loads of people. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To run our first show with a live band, hit a new milestone like top 100 Nigeria, the billboard charts etc
