Chubby and the Gang

West London's Chubby & the Gang play a uniquely British take on the classic punk sound originally performed by bands such as the Ramones. Bringing elements of punk, pub rock, and Oi! together with a healthy dose of sardonic British humor and politics, the group -- born out of the underground straight-edge and hardcore scenes -- delivered their Jonah Falco-produced, frenetically paced debut album, Speed Kills, in 2020. Their sophomore set, Mutt's Nuts, followed in 2021. Following a brief hiatus from the band to complete work on the sophomore the Chisel album, Chubby leader Charlie Manning-Walker returned the studio with Falco to record the groups third album, the late 2024, And Then There Was…
