One of my earliest music memories is hearing the likes of Brook Benton, Louis Armstrong & Whitney Houston in the car whenever we'd have 8-10 hour long road trips with my parents. Maybe I was 3 or 4 years old What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, Nothing Was the Same Kanye West, 808s & Heartbreak The Weeknd, House of Balloons (Original) Discovering The Weeknd around Grade 8 (2012) was life changing, sonically there was nobody like him, his music felt euphoric. 808s shifted the landscape of rap, vulnerability was suddenly cool. Tell us why you chose this song. “CLOSE TO YOU” I worked on this song for 2/3 years,re-recorded it twice,mixed it 100s of times.The writing is so personal & sincere.I feel like this song is about every girl I've loved & will later love.It's just the perfect "I'm in love" with you type of song
