Fust

Fust began life as the solo project of North Carolina songwriter Aaron Dowdy, who combined raw, occasionally painful life experiences in the southern United States with a literary sensibility. With the addition of other musicians, Fust became a band and collaborated with some critical darlings of the 2020s indie scene, earning critical plaudits with albums like 2023’s Genevieve and 2025’s Big Ugly.
