About AB6IX

AB6IX is a South Korean boy band that never shies away from boisterous performances and often incorporates deep house into their singles. • The original lineup featured five members. The name AB6IX stands for "Absolute Six," referencing the powerful combination of the five performers and their fandom. • Prior to AB6IX’s formation, Park Woo-jin and Lee Dae-hwi gained popularity as part of the temporary K-pop boy band Wanna One. Kim Dong-hyun and Lim Young-min, who left AB6IX in 2020, released a string of EPs and singles as the duo MXM. • The group debuted with the 2019 EP B:COMPLETE, a No. 2 hit on South Korea’s Gaon chart. • AB6IX were featured on a remix of American rapper Lizzo’s self-empowerment anthem “Truth Hurts” in 2019.
