In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up in Patiala, I was drawn to the sound of dhol and tumbi at family gatherings. Feeling those beats in my chest made me realize music was in my blood and inspired me to create songs that connect cultures. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Gur Sidhu, Nothing Like Before Jassa Dhillon, Above All Sidhu Moose Wala, Moosetape I chose Moosetape because Sidhu MooseWala is my biggest inspiration & I was blessed to meet him and share studio sessions together. Above All by Jassa and Nothing Like Before by Gur mean alot bcz they’re my close friends and we started out together. VK)” I chose Jor Jawani because it shows my raw energy and passion for Punjabi hip hop. Making it with VK was special since we pushed each other creatively, and the response from fans proved it connected What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career was meeting Sidhu Moose Wala and sharing studio sessions with him. Working alongside him inspired me to push my music further and believe in my own sound. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? One thing left on my bucket list is to collaborate with international artists and take Punjabi hip hop to a global stage. I want my music to inspire fans everywhere and be performed live around the world.
