Rapper/producer Ovrkast makes inventive and texturally rich instrumentals, creating beats for his own songs as well as other notable rap artists. In addition to production roles for artists like Earl Sweatshirt, Mavi, and Drake, Ovrkast's intelligent, introspective lyrics and organic beatmaking style also show up on his solo work, such as his 2025 album-length project While the Iron Is Hot.
