About Sundile

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first album I remember properly listening to and getting into was The Who's 'Then and Now' greatest hits compilation. My Dad had the CD on in the car while we were on holiday in Ireland and even my untrained ears could tell it was all thriller. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Arctic Monkeys, Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not Dijon, Absolutely Metronomy, The English Riviera These three albums have been formative to me as an artist. Songs from that Arctic Monkeys album were some of the first I ever physically played. 'The English Riviera' is the most underrated of all time. 'Absolutely' is art I can only aspire to make. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Late Night Love Songs” It's the first full song I ever made and kickstarted everything for me. It's about to be usurped. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? There aren't many, but getting my first song played on BBC Radio York through BBC Introducing was definitely the biggest moment. That was the start of everything. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'm only getting started so pretty much everything. I'd die happy if I played at Glastonbury.
