Joey Quiñones

Multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and producer Joey Quiñones is a Chicano soul specialist with an uncanny grasp of vintage R&B. Having formed strong connections to the likes of Baby Bash and the Daptone and Colemine labels, he's the musical link from his native East Los Angeles to the Bay Area, the East Coast, and the Midwest. Moreover, the time he has spent in rocksteady and ska revival bands informs his sound with a rich Jamaican influence. In addition to a high volume of session work and his leading of the nine-member band Thee Sinseers, Quiñones records solo material. His first single saw release on Mango Hill in 2020, and he has followed a pair of subsequent singles for Colemine with the 2026 albums Instrumental Sessions, Vol. 1 (on Snake and Eagle) and Inna Soul Steady Situation (on Colemine).
