Ambar Lucid

With a youthful voice that moves quickly between delicate, jazzy, and assertively soulful, Ambar Lucid is a singer, songwriter, and producer with a seductively off-center sound. Combining folk-styled fingerpicking, atmospheric electric guitar, dreamy electronics, and occasional horns and beats, her full-length debut, Dreaming Lucid, saw release in 2018. The more sonically muscular Garden of Lucid followed in 2020, and she incorporated a stronger Latin and R&B flair on the next year's Get Lost in the Music EP. Lucid continued to explore a dreamy mélange of stylistic influences on singles such as 2024's intimate "Truth Is So Loud."
