Kaitlyn Morell

Kaitlyn Morell makes mature, pop-flavored contemporary R&B inspired by Mariah Carey, Toni Braxton, and Brandy. The singer, songwriter, and model, a native of Ludlow, Massachusetts, made her recorded debut in 2018 with "It's Whatevuh." She followed it in 2019 with an uptempo remix of that track and "Invinsible," a ballad dedicated to fellow women who have been diagnosed with endometriosis. (Morell also founded the non-profit organization Endo Me Stories.) An EP entitled My Forever arrived in 2020 with six new songs, including the Lil' Mo-referencing title track (featuring Mistah F.A.B.), the original version of "It's Whatevuh," and "Invinsible." As with the singles, it was issued independently by Diphrent Empire Music Organization. ~ Andy Kellman
