In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The Eternal’s sound can be best described as dark, melancholic, emotive with Doom & Progressive influences. With the addition of Jan Rechberger (Amorphis) & Niclas Etelävuori (ex-Amorphis / Flat Earth) the band have just completed their new album. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dream Theater, Images and Words Paradise Lost, Draconian Times Porcupine Tree, Fear of a Blank Planet We are influenced by melodic and dark music with progressive elements. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Wound” This song was written to be more like a film soundtrack, it was very ambitious and took a long time to put together. It combines many elements that create our sound, cinematic, dark, epic, progressive & very melodic.
