Tallah

Pennsylvania "nu-core" quartet Tallah bring back the spirit of early-2000s nu-metal with gnarly riffs, whipcrack drums, electronic textures, and tortured vocals, as heard on their hard-hitting debut album Matriphagy (2020). They followed up with The Generation of Danger (2022), a chaotic concept LP about a mad scientist, and in 2025, they issued Primeval: Obsession // Detachment (2025), which added mathcore and industrial elements to their sonic oeuvre.
