Blaketheman1000

Under the name Blaketheman1000, Blake Ortiz-Goldberg moonlights from his day job as an AV technician to make alternately heartfelt and humorously ironic bedroom pop that draws from emo, indie rock, melodic rap, contemporary country, and EDM. He debuted in 2018 and steadily expanded his following well into the 2020s with singles such as "Ibuprofen," "Pixies," and "Dean Kissick," as well as For Those with Eyes to See (2025), his first EP. Blake was so prolific during this period that he purposefully stockpiled additional material for his first album, City of Careless Angels (2026).
