Lunar Vacation

The five-piece band Lunar Vacation make guitar-friendly rock songs that wrap deceptively catchy melodies, subtly complex vocal harmonies, and nakedly personal lyrics in a bath of noise and soft textural fuzz. The band experimented with their sound as they grew, going from the relatively straightforward indie pop of their 2021 debut album Inside Every Fig Is a Dead Wasp to more exploratory guitar tones and song construction ideas of their 2024 album Everything Matters Everything's Fire.
