In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest music memories was listening to my cousin’s CD collection in Queens, hearing artists like 50 Cent, Jay-Z & Michael Jackson. Those moments pushed me to start recording music with friends & eventually learn production & engineering. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 50 Cent, Get Rich or Die Tryin Kanye West, The College Dropout USHER, Confessions (Expanded Edition) Get Rich or Die Tryin’, The College Dropout, and Confessions all inspired me in different ways. 50 taught me hustle, Kanye showed me creativity without limits, and Usher taught me how emotion and storytelling can make records timeless. Tell us why you chose this song. “Str8 Facts” Str8 Facts means a lot to me because it represents growth, consistency & independent hustle. Working on a record with Neek Bucks was a reminder that staying focused, networking, and believing in yourself can open real doors in music. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career was hearing people rap my lyrics back to me at shows for the first time. It reminded me that music really connects with people and made all the years of independent work feel worth it. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I still want to headline my own nationwide tour and build DHC into a respected brand across music, business, and entertainment. More than anything, I want to keep creating timeless records people can relate to years from now.
