In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My entry into metal came at 11 or 12 through Metallica, inspiring me to become a musician. Later, discovering In Flames changed everything. Their melodies and aggression shaped my vision and became the foundation of Plaguestorm’s identity. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dark Tranquillity, The Mind's I In Flames, The Jester Race (Black Ash-Inheritance Version) Metallica, ...And Justice for All (Remastered) These albums shaped my musical identity. The Jester Race showed me the power of melody in extreme music, …And Justice for All revealed Metallica’s intensity and precision, and The Mind’s I opened a darker, more atmospheric side of metal. The vocal performance added a new dimension and reflects exactly where we are creatively. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The best thing about my musical career is having been able to work with so many great musicians from all over the world. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Creating music that resonates deeply with listeners and stands the test of time is the ultimate goal for Plaguestorm.
