In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The only way to stop me crying as a baby was to sing Patsy Cline's "Crazy" to me. Coincidentally it was the first song I played on ukulele, and even performed in public when a power outage at bar led the bartender to scramble for entertainment. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Dylan, The Bootleg Series, Vol. 4: Live 1966 - The "Royal Albert Hall" Concert Joni Mitchell, Hejira The Band, Stage Fright (Expanded Edition) Bob Dylan and Joni Mitchell's storytelling is unmatched and the Band's groove and depth make my soul sing. Tell us why you chose this song. “Trailblazer” This song is the essence of everything I need to hear--when you feel like a failure, baby you're a trailblazer. In our society, self love is a radical act and reminding people to engage with it is what I feel I am here to do as an artist. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Making my Grand Ole Opry debut in June Carter's dress, on loan from my friend and collaborator Rosanne Cash is unbeatable. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
