Swiss duo Cyril Cyril play a hypnotic, danceable form of psychedelic rock that takes influence from North African and Middle Eastern musical traditions. Consisting of Cyril Yeterian, who modifies his banjo to resemble a bouzouki or a krar, and percussionist Cyril Bondi, who bangs out rhythms on a self-assembled drum kit, the pair have received acclaim for their energetic performances, as well as playful, poetic full-lengths like 2020's Yallah Mickey Mouse and 2024's Le Futur Ça Marche Pas.
