About The Hellp
Indie electronic band the Hellp fuse heart-on-sleeve songwriting with hyperactive beats and digital manipulations recalling the electroclash and bloghouse scenes. Following several year's worth of gritty, self-issued early material, some of which was compiled on 2021's Vol. 1, they began focusing on a more hook-heavy sound while still maintaining a punkish energy and club-friendly immediacy. They made their major label debut with 2024's LL, a more polished effort which took influence from 2000s-era dance-pop, and followed it with 2025's Riviera.
