In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Our first Fox and Bones tour found us traversing Austria, Switzerland and Germany in a stick shift Euro car performing 21 shows in 24 days. The tour was an adventure that irrevocably bound us to this career and living a life on the road. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats Rayland Baxter, Wide Awake Sam Fender, People Watching It's impossible to for us to agree on three of anything but these three records (with a guiding hand from Greg Holden) have been instrumental in shaping the modern Fox and Bones sound. Tell us why you chose this song. “Are We Still Having Fun?” "Are We Still Having Fun?" is the culmination of our 10-year career, it's a check-in for us personally but also for our community as a whole and hopefully inspires people to remember that finding your joy is an act of resistance in challenging times What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We host the Portland's Folk Festival in our hometown each year and there was a moment at the 2026 iteration where we both stepped out in front of the stage with our arms around each other and sang the bridge to our new single. Felt so surreal.
