Infinite Coles

Whether singing tenderly over a dreamlike R&B production or brashly holding court atop an aggressive house track, the highly expressive Infinite Coles is his whole self. The singer, songwriter, and occasional rapper made his recorded debut on his uncle RZA's soundtrack for Afro Samurai, and in the late 2010s truly made a name for himself by contributing to Richard Russell's Everything Is Recorded project. At the top of the next decade, he self-released his first proper solo single, and he subsequently connected with Mella Dee's Don't Sleep label. Coles has since issued a 2021 EP entitled Destiny, as well as the 2025 full-length Sweetface Killah. Where the former consisted largely of intimate ballads, the latter saw Coles diversify with house music (deeply inspired by ballroom culture) and hip-hop soul.
